Le Peaches & Cream is located in the heart of the countryside while still being close to the National Capital Region. A jaunt around town is thus easy to plan, whether it’s to visit the museums or enjoy the festivals, restaurants or any other attraction you might find in Ottawa or in the Outaouais region. On your way to Ottawa, you will drive through the picturesque village of Wakefield, home to good restaurants and several tourist attractions.

THE AREA

Le Peaches & Cream sits on the banks of the Gatineau River, a waterway that was navigated for centuries by indigenous communities, the coureurs des bois (wood runners) and the first European explorers. Unlike other areas, the Gatineau River has been largely untouched and is a prime spot for canoe, kayak and fishing enthusiasts.
