On your way to Ottawa, you will drive through the picturesque town of Wakefield, home to good restaurants and several tourist attractions.


Peaches & Cream sits on the banks of the Gatineau River, a waterway that was navigated for centuries by indigenous communities, the coureur de bois (wood runners) and the first European explorers. Unlike other areas, the Gatineau River has been largely untouched and is a prime spot for canoe, kayak and fishing enthusiasts.
